Navigating college, your twenties, and the jump into independence can feel plain overwhelming—especially if you’re also balancing ADHD, anxiety, a disability, or just trying to keep your head above water. It’s exhausting to feel like you’re putting in double the effort just to keep up with school, work, and relationships, only to feel like you’re still falling behind.
I love working with college students and young adults who are right in the thick of these transitions. My focus is on creating a space where you don’t have to mask, perform, or pretend you have it all together. You can show up exactly as you are, talk openly about what’s actually going on, and leave with practical tools that make sense for your real life—not rigid advice from a textbook.
Therapy with me is a partnership. I don’t believe in forcing you into a one-size-fits-all box. Instead, we’ll work together to make sense of your patterns, build on what you’re already good at, and create changes that feel doable and genuine to you.
You don’t need to have anything figured out before you reach out. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by school, figuring out work, or just trying to map out what comes next, I’d love to walk through it with you.
